Chalet Mont Rosset
Mont Rosset is the second of our two new build chalets in les Coches. Being our second build Mont Rosset incorporates the same style as Mont Rose with a few tweaks to the interior design! This high end, rustic but elegant chalet is designed to cater for ski holidays. We currently rent the property to ICEBREAKER CHALETS who run it all year round.

Chalet Mont Rose
Mont Rose is the first of our two new build chalets in les Coches. Chalet mont Rose was our first new build! Whilst very happy with the results this build was a real test of our capacities, with a tight time frame of 8 months the pressure was on! This high end, rustic but elegant chalet is designed to cater for ski holidays. We currently rent the property to ICEBREAKER CHALETS who run it all year round.
The chalet was made watertight by winter 2018. Work on the inside and finishing touches to the outside took place the following year.
The top floors at chalet le chanton are made from a traditional wooden structure. All the sections are cut at the local woodyard before being assembled on site.

Chalet le Chanton
Chalet Le Chanton is a beautiful traditional styled chalet perched at the top of Montchavin ski resort overlooking the Majestic Alps. Although extensively new, the chalet was built around the shell of a former house on this plot. Being our fist project, Chalet le Chanton was a great opportunity to cut our teeth on, and the results are a beautiful Savoyard style chalet now the cosy home of the Burton Family.
